Tube holder

The tube holder is also divided into heat preservation (cold preservation) and non-heat preservation Those that are not insulated are directly called support and are also used in normal temperature pipelines; Insulation (cold) is called pipe-shoe. Usually, the sliding and guiding type of pipe support adopts the sliding friction between the PTFE plate and the PTFE plate, or the sliding friction between the white steel plate and the PTFE plate, so as to reduce the friction coefficient and reduce the binding stress of the pipe frame to the pipe when the pipe is deformed or displaced. Whether heat preservation or not can be divided into sliding, fixing and guiding. No matter which one is selected, the pipe support is unchanged, only in The connection between the pipe holder and the steel structure or bracket is changed.

Heat insulation pipe holder is a very common tool in our life, and its corresponding product is sliding pipe holder, because sliding pipe holder is to make the product better displacement between planes. However, in comparison, it can only play the role of movement and support, but this kind of pipe support can not only firmly fix the product for convenient time-to-time processing, but also allow the product to adjust the angle and move horizontally. So this product still has a very big advantage. Industrialized today, many industries will use insulation pipe, which puts forward extremely high requirements for it, then it needs what aspects of performance?
